Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Banyan Botanicals hangtags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Wait
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
